1. What courier do you use? 

- We use MCFA Express for Metro Manila orders and JRS Express for Provincial orders.

2. Do you ship internationally?

- We currently do not ship internationally but we are working on it! 

3. Can I reserve an item?

- Yes, reservation is valid for two business days after order placement excluding Holidays and Weekends. However, your order will automatically be cancelled if you are unable to submit proof of payment within this period.

4. Can I extend my reservation period?

- Yes, you may extend your reservation period. Feel free to send us an email at hello@cloactive.com or message us on Instagram @cloactive

5. Do you accept returns/refunds?

- All sales are final until further notice. This is to avoid any potential spread of virus given our current situation. We prioritize you and our team's safety. 

6. Do you accept size exchanges?

- All sales are final until further notice. Please make sure to check the size chart before placing an order. If you are still confused with your size, do not hesitate to send us a message on Instagram @cloactive

6. What are your mode of payments?

- BDO Unibank, Inc., and GCash.

7. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

- Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery via Lalamove and Grab. Please choose pick up option upon checkout.

8. The design/size I want is sold out, can I pre-order?

- Yes! We always accept pre-orders. Please send us a message on Instagram @cloactive
